How to use Aitho

Short videos, each with the steps written underneath. Pick the one you need. New to Aitho? Start with what Aitho is.

1

Aitho in 30 seconds

What it does: your script follows your voice and your slides move as you speak.

  1. Bring the PDF or PowerPoint you already have.
  2. Speak. The script scrolls with your voice and each slide advances when you reach its words.
  3. The room sees only your slides; your script stays on your screen.

Import your presentation

Bring the PowerPoint or PDF you already have. Aitho doesn't change your slides.

  1. Sign in at aitho.app (free; email, Google or Apple). In Talks, tap + Import.
  2. Tap Choose a PDF or PowerPoint and select your file (.pdf, .pptx or .ppt). Using Keynote or Google Slides? Export to PDF first. Gamma decks can be imported from a Gamma link.
  3. Give it a title and tap Import & build. Aitho renders your slides; it takes a few seconds.
  4. Your talk opens, ready for a script.

Get a presentation script with AI

Use your own words, or start from a first draft written from your slides.

  1. Open your talk. If it has no script yet, you'll see two choices.
  2. Tap Write or paste my script to use your own words, or Draft with AI for a first draft from your slides that you then edit (AI drafts are in Pro and Presenter Pro).
  3. Your script is ready. Tap Start and speak; the script follows your voice and each slide advances when you reach its words.
  4. The slide picker is for you only: the room's screen doesn't change.

Rehearse out loud

The script follows your voice, so you can practise without losing your place.

  1. Open your talk and allow the microphone when asked.
  2. Start speaking the words on screen. The script scrolls with you and each slide advances when you reach its words.
  3. Go off script and keep talking: if you pause, the script waits; when your words return, it catches up.

Present in a room

The room screen shows your slides and nothing else.

  1. On the presentation laptop, open aitho.app/cast in a browser and make it full screen. No account or install needed there.
  2. In your talk, tap Show on a screen to get your 6-digit code, and enter it on the laptop.
  3. Present from your phone or laptop. The room sees only your slides; your script stays with you. Please don't mirror your phone: that shows your script.

Present on Zoom, Teams or Meet

Share the slides, never your script.

  1. Open the Audience Stage window from your talk.
  2. In your meeting, share that window, not your whole screen.
  3. Remote viewers see your slides moving as you speak. If the wrong window ever gets shared, one key blanks everything private.

Get help with audience questions

A suggested answer from your own material, on your screen only.

  1. Optionally attach documents to your talk: notes, a proposal, pricing or a spec. With none, Aitho answers from the deck.
  2. When a question comes, hold the button and repeat it, or type it.
  3. A suggested answer appears on your screen, not the room's. The free plan includes three to try.

Use your iPhone or Android phone as a teleprompter

Present from your phone with your script in front of you. Web, iPhone and Android, with one account.

  1. Get the iPhone app on the App Store or the Android app on Google Play, or use any browser.
  2. Sign in with the same account; your talks are there.
  3. On iPhone and iPad, following your script works offline. The room screen and question help need a connection.

  2. Sign in to Aitho when asked; your assistant never sees your password.
  3. Ask it to build a talk from your deck and write your script slide by slide, then open the talk in Aitho to rehearse. Full steps for every tool are on Start here.
