How can we help?

Email help@aitho.app and a person replies, usually within one business day. Include the device you present on and, if something went wrong, roughly when it happened.

Common questions

• The script doesn't follow my voice. Check that the browser or app has microphone permission, run the sound check in Rehearse, and speak the words on screen. If you go off script, keep talking; Aitho catches up when your words return to the script.
• The room can see my notes. Share the audience window itself, not your whole screen. The audience window shows only your slides.
• I can't sign in. Use the same method you signed up with (email, Google or Apple). To reset a password, choose “Forgot password” on the sign-in page.
• My deck didn't import. Aitho takes PDF and PowerPoint (.pptx or .ppt). Export other formats to PDF first.
• Using Aitho in Claude or ChatGPT. See Aitho in your AI assistant for how to connect it and what each tool does.

Your account and plan

• Plans and prices are on Pricing. Subscriptions bought in the iPhone app are managed in the App Store; web subscriptions are managed from Plan & billing in the app.
• You can delete your account, and everything in it, from Profile → Account → Delete account in the app.
