The yearly page shows a per-month figure that is billed once a year. We did not see the yearly total written out, so check the amount at checkout before you pay.
What each plan includes
From Speakflow's pricing page, checked 5 November 2026:
- Free. The teleprompter and auto scrolling, plus Flow, which is Speakflow's voice-activated scrolling, limited to 10 minutes a month. You can create, edit and organize scripts, with 7 days of script history.
- Plus. Everything in Free, plus unlimited Flow, recording and storing 1 hour of video, Overlay (a virtual teleprompter), bookmarked sections, voice commands, syncing across multiple devices, unlimited script history, script comments, real-time collaboration and API access.
- Studio. Everything in Plus, plus up to 10 client workspaces, up to 25 members, storage for 10 hours of video and premium support.
Speakflow's pricing FAQ says discounts are available to registered 501(c)(3) charitable organizations and to K-12 students and teachers.
The Plus Pass in detail
The Plus Pass is Speakflow's option for people who do not want a subscription. Its Plus Pass page says you pay once, with no subscription, and its FAQ describes the pass as one-time access for 7, 30 or 90 days with the same features as Plus during the pass. The three prices are in the table above.
Two things that page did not say when we checked: when the pass period starts, and what happens to your account when it ends. Speakflow's refund policy says it refunds your most recent payment if you ask within 7 days of that payment, and that a refund ends your access straight away. The policy page does not mention the Plus Pass. If either point matters for your date, ask Speakflow before you buy.
When Speakflow is the cheaper or better choice
- You have a script and no slides, and you want to pay once. The 7-day and 30-day Plus Passes cost less than anything Aitho charges for.
- You record video. Plus includes recording and storing video. Aitho does not record video.
- Several people write the script. Plus lists script comments and real-time collaboration, and Studio adds client workspaces and up to 25 members.
- Your script is short. The Free plan may be enough if 10 minutes of voice scrolling a month covers your rehearsals.
For those jobs Speakflow is a direct fit, and you do not need anything from us.
When a slide talk needs something different
Speakflow's pricing pages describe scripts, recording and collaboration. We did not find slide import or slides that advance as you speak on its pricing pages or its homepage, so check its help pages if that matters to you. If your talk is built on a deck, the questions to ask are whether your slides move with your words, and what you will do when the questions start.
Aitho is built for that case:
- The script follows your voice. It moves as you speak and waits when you pause.
- Slides advance on their own. When you reach the words for the next slide, the slide changes.
- A private Q&A practice drill. Ask the questions you expect and get an answer drawn from your own slides and documents, on your screen only. For a question your material does not cover, it may use a web search.
- Where it runs. A web browser, iPhone, iPad and Android, and a desktop app for Mac and Windows that is in beta.
- Your content stays yours. It is not used to train models, and you can delete it yourself or ask us to. The security page has the details.
Speakflow's homepage lists apps for Mac, Windows, iPhone and iPad, and any modern browser. If you present from an Android phone, check that before you choose.
Aitho's plans, as listed on its pricing page: Free is $0 with no card and includes the voice-following script, your own PDF or PowerPoint, and three private answers to try. Pro is $39 a month and Presenter Pro is $79 a month.
For one event there is also the Speech Pass: $29 one-time for 30 days of Presenter Pro access, with no subscription and nothing to cancel. That is more than Speakflow's 7-day and 30-day passes, so it only makes sense if you want the slide and Q&A parts. The pass code is emailed by a person, usually within one business day, so it is not instant. How the pass works.
If the talk is judged or has rules about assistance, such as a pitch competition or a defense, check those rules first. Rehearsing with Aitho is always fine.
A fair way to decide
Price only matters once the tool fits the job. Take the first two minutes of your real talk, load it into each app on its free plan, and read it out loud. Pause for five seconds, skip a sentence, and see whether the script waits and then finds you again. If you present with slides, check what the audience would see. Ten minutes of that tells you more than a price table, this one included.
