Questions about plans
What is included in Free?
The script follows your voice, you can bring your own PDF or PowerPoint (or use the sample talk), present in any browser or on iPhone and Android, move slides with spoken commands, and try the private question help three times. The three answers are a one-time allowance, not monthly. Free needs no card.
Can a plan be changed later?
Yes. Moving up from Free takes effect as soon as your payment goes through. To switch between Pro and Presenter Pro, email help@aitho.app and we will change it for you. You can cancel at any time.
How does billing work?
On the web, plans are paid through Stripe in US dollars, billed in advance each month or each year, and renew automatically until you cancel. Annual is $390 a year for Pro and $790 for Presenter Pro, two months free compared with paying monthly. On iPhone and iPad you can subscribe through the App Store instead, and Apple handles that billing. On Android, plans are managed on the web at aitho.app. Your plan belongs to your Aitho account, so it works wherever you sign in.
What happens if I cancel?
Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you have paid for, and your talks stay in your account. On the web, cancel in Settings under Billing, then Manage billing. On iPhone or iPad, cancel in your App Store subscriptions. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription, so cancel first.
Do you offer refunds?
If you subscribed on the web, email help@aitho.app within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund. Renewals are generally not refunded, but write to us and we will look at your case. App Store purchases are refunded by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Where do I find receipts?
On the web, open Settings, then Billing, then Manage billing to update your card, download receipts or cancel. Stripe emails you a one-time link to sign in to that page. App Store receipts come from Apple.
What does "web lookups" mean?
When a question is not covered by your slides and documents, Aitho can look it up on the web to draft an answer. Pro includes 300 of those a month, reset at the start of each calendar month (UTC); Presenter Pro has no limit. Answers from your own material are unlimited on both.
How do organizations pay?
Teams, Enterprise and Government plans are set up with you directly. Use the contact form and tell us how many people present.
