Aitho

Security & privacy

Your words stay yours.

This page says, in plain language, what the audience can see, where your voice goes, what happens to your slides and documents, and what an organization can control. The legal version is the Terms & Privacy page; if the two ever differ, the legal page governs.

What the audience can see

Aitho gives you two windows. The Audience Stage shows your slides and nothing else; that is the window you share in Zoom, Teams or Meet, or put on the projector. Your script, your notes and your private answers live in the Presenter View, which stays on your own screen. If the wrong window ever gets shared, one key blanks everything private.

Sharing your whole screen, or mirroring your display, can still expose the Presenter View. Share the Audience Stage window itself.

Where your voice goes

Your voice is used to keep your place in the script. It is not stored.

Your slides and documents

Aitho never edits your deck. It renders your slides so the Audience Stage can show them and so it can draft a first script for you if you ask. The documents you attach are used for one thing: drafting your private answers.

When you ask for an answer, the text of your slides, the documents you attached and your question are sent to Anthropic to draft the reply. If your material does not cover the question, the copilot may run a web search using your question, not your documents. Your content is not used to train models.

Session insights are opt-in

On Presenter Pro you can turn on session insights for a talk. When it is on, Aitho keeps timing and coverage statistics for that session and writes a short debrief. It does not keep audio. Turning it off stops new data immediately, and you can wipe what was kept.

Deleting your content and your account

Deleting a talk moves it to a trash you can restore from for 30 days; you can also delete it permanently sooner. You can delete your whole account, and everything in it, from Settings, or by emailing help@aitho.app.

This website

aitho.app uses Vercel's cookieless analytics to count visits and clicks. It does not run session recording, and it sets no advertising cookies. The presenting app is separate and runs no marketing analytics.
