In short

Introducing Aitho means giving you a way to present the slides you already have, with a teleprompter that follows your voice and advances each slide when you reach its words. Import your PowerPoint or PDF, add what you plan to say, and press Start.

If you are preparing a briefing, a webinar or a demo, your next job is to make the material understandable to someone else. You may have a finished deck and a clear point to make, yet still need to work out how the spoken explanation fits each slide. Aitho brings those two parts together: the slides your audience sees and the script you use to explain them.

Start with the deck you have

Your existing presentation is the starting point. Import the PowerPoint or PDF you have already prepared, then add the words you plan to say. You can also have AI draft a script from your slides. Treat that draft as material to read, revise and make your own before you present.

Think about the explanation each slide needs. What should someone understand before you move on? Which detail deserves a sentence, and which belongs in the visual? Writing those words gives you something concrete to rehearse. The point is to prepare the talk you want to give, in language you are comfortable saying out loud.

Speak, and let the script follow

When you press Start and begin speaking, Aitho follows your voice through the script. Each slide advances when you reach its words. Your spoken explanation and your slide changes are connected, so the transition happens as you reach that part of the talk.

For a demo, that might mean explaining the current slide before the next one appears. For a briefing, it might mean giving a recommendation its full explanation before moving to supporting material. These are examples of presentation moments, rather than promises about your results. You decide what to say; Aitho connects those prepared words to the slides.

Give the room the slides

Your audience needs the presentation. You need your speaking script. Aitho gives those views different places to live.

On the room's computer, open aitho.app/cast and enter the 6-digit code. The audience sees the slides while your script stays on your phone or laptop. You can prepare your words for yourself without putting that script onto the room screen.

The same separation is useful when your presentation is a Zoom or Teams call. Aitho works on those calls too. Before the meeting, check the audience view you intend to share and speak through part of your deck. A rehearsal gives you a chance to see your script and the audience's slides in the setup you plan to use.

Prepare for the conversation afterward

The end of your slides may be the beginning of a discussion. Before the talk, use Aitho's private Q&A practice to work through questions with answers drawn from your own documents.

Choose questions that matter to the material you are presenting. A briefing might invite a question about the reasoning behind a recommendation. A demo might prompt a question about something explained in your supporting documents. Practice lets you examine how you would explain that material to another person.

Read the suggested answer against your documents and decide what you would say. Your preparation remains centered on your own sources and the presentation you are about to give. This is a way to rehearse the conversation, alongside rehearsing the slides.

Fit it to your next presentation

You do not need a particular job title to have a presentation to prepare. A lesson, an internal update, a research talk or a webinar can all involve the same task: explaining a slide deck to people who need to follow your point.

For a defense or another academic presentation, check the institution's rules on notes and assistance. For pitch competitions, 3MT and TEDx, use Aitho to rehearse; the event's rules apply on the day. Rehearsal is a practical place to work through your wording and slide transitions while respecting those requirements.

Choose where you prepare

Aitho runs on iPhone and iPad, Android, and the web at present.aitho.app. It is free to start. Choose the device you plan to use, bring a deck, and try speaking through a section of it.

If you prepare with an AI assistant, Aitho also connects to Claude and Mistral Le Chat as an MCP connector (a ChatGPT app is in review) at present.aitho.app/mcp. That is another way to connect your preparation to Aitho when it fits the tools you already use.

Begin with the presentation in front of you: import it, add your words, and rehearse. Then check the slides your audience will see. You can explore the setup in the how-to guide and find practical answers in the FAQ.
