Aitho explained in one sentence: it is a teleprompter for presentations that follows your voice and advances your slides when you reach their words. You bring a PowerPoint or PDF, add the script you plan to speak, and press Start.
If you have a presentation coming up, it helps to think about two pieces of preparation. One is the deck: the images, headings and information your audience will see. The other is your explanation: the words that connect those slides into a talk. Aitho lets you use them together while keeping your speaking script on your own device.
1. Bring your slides
Import the PowerPoint or PDF you already have. Your deck provides the material for the presentation. You can start with a briefing, a lesson, a demo or another slide-based talk you are preparing.
Choose a section you want to rehearse. Starting with something familiar makes it easier to assess how the script and slide transitions fit your explanation.
2. Add your words
Add what you plan to say. You can write the script yourself or have AI draft one from your slides. Read it out loud and revise it so it expresses what you mean.
A slide heading may need more explanation than its few words suggest. Your script is where you put that explanation. Prepare the words that help the audience understand the visual and why it belongs in the talk.
3. Press Start and speak
Aitho follows your voice through the script. Each slide advances when you reach its words. You speak the explanation you prepared, and the deck moves with that explanation.
Try a rehearsal before your presentation. Listen to how your wording sounds and look at where the slides change. This gives you a concrete way to check the relationship between your spoken talk and your deck.
4. Set up the audience screen
In a room, open aitho.app/cast on the room's computer and enter the 6-digit code. Your audience sees the slides. Your script stays on your phone or laptop.
Aitho also works on Zoom and Teams calls. Check the audience view before your meeting so you know which slides the people on the call will see.
5. Practice the questions
Private Q&A practice answers from your own documents. Use it before the talk to explore questions about the material you are presenting.
Read the suggested answers alongside your documents. Decide how you would explain the material in your own words. For an academic or judged event, use Aitho to rehearse; the event's rules apply on the day.
