The week before a talk

The slides are done, or nearly. What is left is the hard part: knowing what you will say on each slide, keeping your place while you say it, and having an answer ready when the questions start.

Most people end up rehearsing from memory and a stack of notes, and the first real run-through is the talk itself.

What we do for you

  • Your script, slide by slide. We write a speaking script from your deck in your words, ready in Aitho. When you present, it follows your voice and highlights where you are.
  • Slides that move with you. Your slides advance when you reach their words, so you are not reaching for a clicker or asking someone for the next slide.
  • Your Q&A notes, loaded. We add the documents you want answers from, so during questions Aitho shows you private answers from your own material. The audience never sees them.
  • A rehearsal you can trust. You run it out loud before the day, and we tell you what to tighten.

Pitch competitions, academic defenses and other judged events often have rules about live assistance. For those, use Aitho to rehearse, and follow the event's rules on the day.

Who sees my deck and notes?

Only the person preparing your talk and you. Your audience sees only your slides.

Do I need an Aitho plan as well?

Voice following and slides that move are free. Private Q&A answers beyond the free three need Pro ($39 a month) or Presenter Pro ($79 a month). See pricing.

What should I send?

Your deck as a PDF or PowerPoint, your talk date, and any notes or documents you want answers from.
