Aitho
Questions people ask

Can Aitho Be Expensed Through a Learning or Professional-Development Budget?

Preparing for a work presentation deserves time and care. Asking about a learning or tools budget is a reasonable step before paying for presentation support. A clear request can make the decision easier for a manager and help avoid an unexpected personal expense.

Check the budget before buying

Can a presentation tool qualify for a work budget?

Many employers let staff spend a learning, professional-development, or tools budget on things that help staff do the job. Presenting is part of many jobs, from project updates to team meetings. Aitho may be relevant to a planned presentation, but whether Aitho qualifies is the employer’s decision. Coverage depends on the employer’s policy and approval process.

What should a budget request explain?

Start with the work task, the presentation date, and the reason for rehearsing aloud. Name the budget category and ask about approval before buying. Check any spending limit, approval steps, and receipt requirements with a manager or finance contact. A specific request gives the reviewer useful information without promising a result from the purchase.

What do the plans cost?

Pro costs $39 a month. Presenter Pro costs $79 a month. Prices are on the pricing page. Include the selected plan and monthly price in the request, plus the requested spending period. Ask whether approval covers a single month or a longer period before starting a recurring payment.

What can be sent to a manager?

A short, factual email can help a manager assess the cost and purpose without needing a detailed product explanation.

Subject: Aitho budget request for [talk or meeting]

Hello,

Please approve [plan] for preparation for [talk or meeting] on [date]. Aitho supports rehearsing a talk out loud: the script follows the speaker’s voice, slides move as the speaker speaks, and a private Q&A answers from the speaker’s own deck and notes.

The monthly price is $39 for Pro or $79 for Presenter Pro. Please confirm the selected plan, approved spending period, and budget category before purchase.

Thank you for considering the request.

How are receipts and billing handled?

Payments are processed by Stripe. Each payment's invoice is available from Manage billing in Settings, ready to save for the employer’s expense process and follow the requested submission steps. Manage billing, card details, and cancellation from the billing page in Settings. Ask the finance contact about required purchase records before payment.

Is a one-time purchase available?

Talk Ready offers one-time talk prep from $300. A budget that prefers one-off purchases may make Talk Ready worth discussing with a manager. Explain the planned talk and ask whether a one-time expense fits the policy. Approval still belongs to the employer, and a different payment format does not establish eligibility.

Practical questions

Will my employer cover it?

Coverage depends on the employer’s policy. Ask before buying and wait for approval through the required process. A learning budget does not automatically cover every presentation tool. Confirm the approved amount and period, and keep the approval with the payment invoice for the expense submission.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Cancel from the billing page in Settings. For an employer-approved purchase, keep track of the approved spending period and review billing before further spending. Follow the employer’s process for any change to an approved expense.

Do I need a work email?

No. A work email is not required. Follow the employer’s purchasing and account-use policies when requesting reimbursement or using a work budget. A personal email address does not determine whether the employer will cover the expense.
